Went through the steps on Friday around 9 am, still no email or charge?

Check your order history on the site? Maybe the servers were overloaded and it didn't go through correctly or something.
They don't charge until they ship..
I would go to the Apple site and see if your order is in their system.

Just hope that whatever glitch caused this didn't also tie-up your upgrade eligibility (assuming you are upgrading).
