Kid isn't guilty. She's the condo association president aka nosey as all get out and a more accurate modern day version of Hitler than Trump could ever wish to be.

    ETA: That's sarcasm ;)

She'll get the last laugh when these kids are paying for her government healthcare. The road to sweet justice is sometimes convoluted.

Is this considered a hate crime? It's black on white.

what makes you think the kids will be able to work with a conviction on their record?

I think throwing them a blanket party is more appropriate.

I don't think background checks include convictions prior to adulthood. I could be wrong, but I thought those were sealed.

At least he turned himself in.

Off topic, but I know men and women in their sixties and seventies who are as fit as a fiddle, and would have no qualms beating the life out of a little ****. Goes to show you how important exercise is. Also, manners.

I think that was only after he was outed in social media.

It might very well be, but honestly I cannot imagine what that kid was thinking. In any case, I hope the presumably severe punishment will straighten the kid out. Mind you, when a viral video like that hits the internet, I cannot imagine this kid having a moment of peace around other people. Ever.

It was after he was identified via social media and other outlets. He didn't do it out of the kindness of his heart. If there was no video or an obscured face I doubt he would have turned himself in.
