Tiger Quicktime problems!

I'm having a few problems with Tiger's Quicktime:

Apple's Tiger seminar doesn't seem to work. All I get is a black screen with VERY choppy sound.

My install of Tiger was a 'clean' one.

Any advice on what to do?

You want to remove that link. I think you're only able to access the seminar through that link a limited number of times and you don't want to find you can't get there because people here have used it.

It may be choppy if Spotlight is still indexing...
