    Earlier today:
“Sec. of State Rex Tillerson supports conclusion that Russia is responsible for spy poisoning, saying "it appears that it clearly came from Russia. Whether it came from Russia with the Russian government's knowledge is not known to me at this point.

Sec. of State Tillerson said "Russia continues to be an irresponsible force of instability in the world, acting with open disregard for the sovereignty of other states and the life of their citizens" in statement on spy poisoning.

Hours later, he’s replaced by Trump. Let that sink in.

If we don't change the makeup of the House and Senate, we're on course to becoming the United Soviet Socialist Republic of Amerika.

And I'm sure Trumpsters will still be eating their nothing burger.

Meanwhile, on FoxNews, the lead story is about...wait for it...Hillary.

    Well, what about Hillarys' emails?

On the bus, saw what Tillerson said about Russia. Came to work, refreshed news page and he was fired by then. :|

Tillerson was the most sane person in the administration. Expect things to get even crazier if that's even possible.

Trump is a traitor to the USA. Simple as that.

If you support Trump by now you’re also a traitor. “I was just following orders” has never been an acceptable excuse.

Own it Trumpists. This is your mess.

Wait, I thought Rex was too close to Putin and should not be Secretary of State. Now those same folks are saying he was fired for issuing a tough Russia statement?

Or could it be that Rex didn't agree with Trump on many policy issues. Jerusalem, Iran deal, etc.

I also saw Trump nominated the first female to head the CIA. Handmaid's Tale!!

I'm not a Trump fan, but people seem to lose all logical reasoning when discussing him.

Don't worry, Trump assured us that there's "no collusion. No collusion. No collusion." /S

Trump advisors and allies are floating the idea of replacing Secretary of State Rex Tillerson with CIA director Mike Pompeo, age 53 — someone who's already around the table in the Situation Room, and could make the switch without chaos.

    • We're told that President Trump is quite comfortable with Pompeo, asking his advice on topics from immigration to the inner workings of Congress.
    • Pompeo personally delivers the President's Daily Brief, making him one of the few people Trump spends a great deal of time with on a daily basis.
    • Pompeo is one of the few in the administration who knows how to convey tough news to the president, and how to push back without turning DJT off. (SecDef Jim Mattis is good at that, too.)
    • Trump doesn't see Pompeo as a showboat.
    • Pompeo would take the job, as the cap to a career that included being a U.S. House member from Kansas.
    • Pompeo would have credibility with world leaders, who'd know he was a legit part of the president's inner circle — something no one thinks about Tillerson.
Sources tell us Trump recognizes that a Cabinet shuffle would bring bad press. White House Chief of Staff John Kelly wants stability, and so is discouraging high-level departures before next year.

Trump handpicked Tillerson. He also says he only hires the best people. More evidence that he does not. It's like the proof keeps getting shown to some people and they refuse to believe it.

The man’s a crook and a con artist. Why should anyone give him the benefit of the doubt on anything?

Let's not pretend that Tillerson was a good Secretary of State. His failure to maintain even basic levels of staffing and assignments within the state department has done more lasting damage to the influence and reputation of this country throughout the world than any Secretary of State since Kissinger. That said, he was at least sane and understood that his boss was a "****ing moron."

It’s as if the United States of America, is suffering from a collective mental illness as our Congress allows The Malignant Brain Tumor to spread it’s tentacles turning, us into a cross between a raging madman and an incoherent invalid.

Tillerson has destroyed the State Department and the damage will take years to repair, if not decades.

    Some perspective...

Turnover rate in their first two years in office:
    GW Bush 27%
    Obama 15%

Turnover rate in Trump's first year:
    48%

Nobody with that kind of turnover rate can manage his own office, let alone the country.

Torture queen made CIA head, very nice. You know a lot of women didn't vote for Hillary "just because she is a woman", despite of her qualification. Likewise, just because a woman was made head of CIA, doesn't make the choice better.

Well him and Haley, give it time she'll be shown the door as well. This really isn't good and with State working with a skeleton crew we shouldn't be negotiating anything with other countries until the state department is fixed.
