you slightly press the screen once when the song is playing and the volume comes up and the music timeline.

Curious tho, what if i dont have album art for a song- how would that screen look like? Would it look like the pic (the two music notes) in cover flow when there's no album art for an album?

The person you replied to wasn't asking what the album art looks like on the now playing screen. They meant, if you don't have album art for a certain song, what picture comes up? My guess is that it's the two music note thing that comes up in iTunes.

The person was asking several questions about how the interface looks. Viewing the gallery and video would answer them.
As for the album art question, my iPhone displays a musical note if no cover art is loaded. I would guess the touch does the same.
