Time Sync not displayed in Apple Mail

Randomly when I open the Apple Mail app at the bottom of the screen it doesn't displayed the time of when my emails where last sync

It's only after I open one of my email address that the time appears

I have had this issue since IOS 14 and still now on IOS 14.3
