Timing out help

Hi

Im jailbroken on 3.1.2 and im having issues

I go to manage - sources and add the source http://cydia.hackulo.us once im in i go to install appsync for OS 3.1 it is almost done and then a message comes up

" http://cydia.hackulo.us POSIX:Operation timed out "

so i click OK and it reloads the data


ALSO

when adding another source = http://repo.beyouriphone.com

i get another error

Then another whole heap of writing with the title Error: Refreshing Data
