Carrier tmobile preorder, on 9th 10 am why no charge yet,im a veteran needing replies

    I MADE 55 CALLS 44 CHATS TO SALES CS, AND MY OWN PEOPLE. I ordered on the 9th at 10 am, for iphone 7 plus rose gold 128 gb.

    explain how everyone here already got charged from CC or bank, and some got tracking already. its been 4 days. am i snake bit. im upset and takes a lot to make me cry being a veteran of military, but my ptsd kicked in, and im losing it. SOMEONE ALL HERE, say how or what is amiss, or is god laughing at me.my order starts with 1160...... and im very upset with sales not cooperating so this is why i ask you. even worse, i gotta return recalled note 7 tomm for credit to another carrier, so i will be deviceless until if i ever get mine apple ip7. it says ship on 27th sept for the ip7 rosegold.

    several hundred in tmobile got charged via cc or bank. mines hasnt yet.im lost.

    If you ordered through a carrier then shipping dates may be much slower than directly from Apple. The reason being it's a brand-new release and Apple will always prioritise their own orders before filtering down to resellers.

    Apologies the situation has caused you some anxiety. Unfortunately it's just a case of waiting.

    understand that, but hundreds others in tmobile got charged and ordered same day as i did. im afraid card wont get charged hence no shipping.

    1) You ordered at 10a.m. and most people with a Friday delivery ordered at midnight....so you were late

    2) You ordered a "plus" model which it appears won't be available on Friday but a few may.

    Because of 1 & 2, your only option is to camp out in front of your favorite apple phone retail location and take your chances. If you really called 55 times, then camping out should be no big deal for you.

    I'm a veteran as well and if this is a joke post it is in poor taste to compare being a veteran and PTSD to the frustrations of a delayed phone launch..


    I don't even think anyone who ordered a plus from T-Mobile got a CC charge. Everyone is waiting. Get a grip

    Alright guy, take a step back and take a deep breath. If you ordered your phone at 10 am on the 9th, there is no way you're getting on the 16th. The people here that have tracking numbers and CC charges ordered minutes after the online store opened at midnight PST. In addition, they ordered through Apple.com.

    It looks like you've been provided an order number, did they also provide an estimated delivery date?

    You likely won't get charged until it ships.

    Edit: I re-read the post and it looks like they've provided an estimated delivery date of Sept 27th. In that case you might not be charged immediately for it, until it ships to you. Also, I'm not sure anybody on here can tell you anything that you don't already know since you've stated that you've made 55 calls and 44 chats. But the facts are that you've been provided an order number and an estimated shipping date, if your concern is not being charged, believe me you will get charged, they won't give you a free device.
