To those of you who display the date in the menu bar

Has this worked recently for you? I just got a new MBP and it does not work. I still have it working on my old iMac g5 but for the life of me can not get it to work.

I even went back to the website that I got the info from and followed the instructions to the T.

Works on my intel mini. Thats something thats alway bugged me, why you couldnt get the date in the menu. Thanks for the find.

I used those directions to put the date in the menubar a few months ago, and it works great...the font sizes seem to be a little bit different though...

I do that on mine as well. You have to have it set to Medium. I have it as Medium on both. For some reason, it won't work without the seconds field, even though it doesn't actually display it.
