Probably you all know his 2010 conviction had been appealed and was overturned last fall. But today the AP reports that the highest criminal court in Texas will hear the prosecution's appeal of the overturn.
So the fat lady has not sung yet. Time flies. If he'd gone to the slam when he was sentenced, he'd be out now, the jerk.
