Robert L. Medvee, 52, was charged Friday with 48 counts of creating computer images of child pornography and 48 counts of possession of child pornography, sheriff's Deputy Jennifer Bailey said.

I just find this so humorous....it has to go down as one of the more obscure ways of getting caught....

Well, it does say that he is charged with creating computer images, so it depends on what that means.

I think he was scanning them in from magazines/photos - which means he had to get those from somewhere, but they don't indicate that he was the photographer...
