Is there any way to get the free apps without signing up for iTunes store??? I don't plan on buying music or apps and do not want to provide Apple with my credit card info, I just want to install a few free apps.

You have to have an iTunes store account to download anything from the iTunes store. if you just want to get free things you don't need to provide them with credit card info
