iPod touch Touch availabilty

I was just wondering how hard the touches are to get? are they on back order in stores? im in NY friday and wanna get one. what are the chances?? 5th ave store

In england there almost impossible to come by at the moment, New york should be alot easier though!

I would say call them but apple stores tend not to pick up the phone

I picked mine up at my local best buy yesterday with no problem. They had around ten 16gb touches, and about five 8gbs. Good way to get one if you can't wait!

Best Buy has them in northern New England. You could reserve on online at store near you and pick it up on Friday - I think they hold them for 7 days. I got a week 39 from Best Buy on Monday in NH.

Dallas, TX has a limited supply

None to be found over the weekend. Apple shipped 5 16GB's each to the stores Oct 2. Frys were all gone by 2pm and CompUSA had 3 left by 3pm.
