I have an order confirmation e-mail from Verizon that includes a 9 digit "Equipment Upgrade Order #" starting with MB (MBxxxxxxxxx) and another 9-digit number starting with WFO which only appears in the subject line. I don't have the billing password for my company's Verizon account and the only person who does just so happens to be on vacation all week. I've tried the Verizon web tracking sites and can't so much as find the order. I've also tried the UPS and FedEx tracking by reference tricks and haven't found anything that way either. Is there anything else I can/should try? My confirmation e-mail from Monday says delivery expected on 9/21, but I didn't order until 10 a.m. ET. Can I really expect a 9/21 delivery date? That's really all I'm trying to find out. thanks!
