Trackpad and double clicking ?

Hello, I've been searching for days ! ... (or maybe an hour or so) so I hope someone will get me an answer. Is it possible to double tap with the trackpad under windows. I know you have to activate it in Mac OS X, but in the mouse prop. i can't find any checkbox to check for a double tapping ability.
