I've read countless posts from people who say that Trump didn't win the election so much as Hillary lost it. That the democrats ran the only person who could lose against Trump. But Trump beat a bunch of other Republicans before he beat Hillary. Why are people forgetting this? It wasn't just people who refused to vote for Hillary who got trump elected, people wanted him to be President. I wonder how they feel about that. Not, well he's still better than Clinton, but is he still better than Bush, Cruz, etc. Do they regret not supporting someone else in the primaries?

in conservative forums he is by far the best thing that happened to the GOP

. hell I might just give up hoping for a third party and vote for him come 2020
Well, I think we have to wait until the midterms to see if he is the best thing that happened to the GOP. Just because the Republicans held on to Georgia doesn't necessarily mean that the GOP will keep up their winning streak for very long.

Ok, so four states. I'm just wondering if they will keep that up. This isn't about crooked Hillary, its about crooked, lying, sexist, racist, *****-grabbing, adulterous, thin-skinned, small-handed, fat, ugly, rat hair Trump.

this is Murika, when democrats fail they elect republicans, when republicans fail they elect democrats, it goes on & on & on & on and never changes, relax, when you win you will be blamed and we can start all over again like a nasty case of time repeating loop...........

You had the MSM on her side the whole time. Polls that said Trump didn't have a chance, spent 1.2 billion dollars on the campaign, more than double of what Trump spent and had Bernie Sanders, Barack and Michelle Obama go out and campaign for her, and several celebrities as well. AND SHE STILL LOST TO THE ORANGE ONE. How does one compute that?!?!?o_O

if we can't gain traction when the worst in society goes up against the worst the GOVT has to offer then we will never be relevant... time to settle for just hoping we get the SCOTUS justices that might make a difference :(
How will SCOTUS justices help?

True. Still, if it gained a bit of traction .... being hopeful;)
Wake me up when the Green Party in America runs Cambridge MA town council.

POTUS makes decisions for at most 8 years. SCOTUS 30-40 years.

Humor list on both of you as all of the above were excuses she lost
Totally missed your Hilary is that you. I thought you were pilling on every excuse but that one. Really the only reason she lost is because of who she is.
Somebody got a little too cocky, but it sure was glorious watching her fail.

True, but so what? What good decisions are they going to make?

wrong SCOTUS would crap on the 2nd
If that happens half the blame will be on gun owners for not compromising.

Besides I don't think Trump will make much difference in the regard, I suspect he will make it worse as he is discrediting conservatism day-by-day.

The pro-gun argument has to be following the same anti over-regulation arguments you can use for anything else where you argue the regulations are disproportionate to the harm and/or that they are unenforceable.

this is what happens when you "compromise" https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/looks-like-cali-residents-get-to-keep-their-mags.2054234/ you end up being a criminal for things you legally possessed, not thanks
