For someone who mocks others as being fat or being low energy, Donald Trump might be the least fit president in a long time. And it matters. He's already missing work due to being exhausted. Not surprising for someone who doesn't exercise, watches hours of tv a day and eats junk food and red meat like its going out of style.

"Few props have been more indispensable to Donald Trump’s presidency than the golf cart. He drives them on his frequent weekend trips to the links (invariably at Trump-owned clubs, where he rolls onto the greens, too—normally a no-no). During his visit to Saudi Arabia in May, rather than walk, the president hopped a ride in a cart as he toured the National Museum in Riyadh. And a few days later, while six other world leaders at a G-7 summit in Sicily walked 700 yards up a slight hill to a photo-op, Trump followed behind for at least part of the way in, yes, another golf cart."

The only lifting he does it stuffing his face with KFC and McDonalds and the occasional Taco Bowl on Cinco De Mayo, although I'm sure he'll sign an executive order to have that holiday removed and refer to it as just "May Fifth" moving forward.

Remember that time "Doctor" Harold Bornstein said Trump's "physical strength and stamina are extraordinary" and that Trump is "the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency?"

I assume this is Harold Bornstein:

I wonder how much that doctor made for making that recommendation.

Walking and exercising is for losers. You have a battery, and when it's gone it's gone. It's all about the battery. Just like his Samsung android phone. :D

This is right up there with the 36 is approximately 40 thread.

70 year old man not as fit as men 15-25 years younger than him. News at 11.

    GWB:

Though he was the 43rd president, Bush was the first marathon runner to enter the office. What's more, he managed to finish the Houston Marathon in under four hours -- more than VP hopeful Paul Ryan can say. Bush is also an avid cyclist.

    Obama:

The basketball lover is as dedicated to fitness as his more outspoken wife; exercising for 45 minutes, six days a week. And that's in additionto the pickup basketball games he plays to bond with staff -- and to assuage his anxiety on election days.

Really? Do you think all the other world leaders that walked up a hill at the conference rather than take a golf cart were all 15-25 years younger? You better look at the photos from that event again.

Trump was a world class athlete back in his younger days. Have you seen his WWE bouts? He would break any other president in half.

And Trump now? (which is where we are on the timeline)

Bernie's 75 and was energetically shooting hoops during his campaign.... but we wanted someone who understands there's nothing as American as freedom fries. Where are stents made, anyway? Trump might need some later on.

I like Bernie, but he doesn't have the vigor or testosterone levels that Trump has.

Trump's comments about anyone/everyone being weak, frail, etc is classic projection. I give the guy credit - he was out and about a lot for the campaign. But he doesn't exercise and has a poor diet - and he's 70. You can only run on steam for so long.

Being the leader of the free world requires big cojones and high testosterone levels.

Sure the guy is 70+ and I didn't expect him to have the constitution of a bull moose (Teddy Roosevelt) or the overall bad-assery of George Washington. But...

He's less fit than a 5' 11" 330-340 lbs, fattest President ever, William Taft? Less athletic than the wheel chair bounded FDR? That's saying a lot.

Funny how he seems to be hell bent on withdrawing the USA from its role as a world leader.

You know it's a slow news day when the Daily News is on about whether OJ Simpson's parole hearing getting coverage "contributions" by former detective Mark Fuhrman is fair or not.

    --- Post Merged, Jul 18, 2017 ---
Yes well then possibly the requirement for US prez to have high levels of testosterone and big cojones is a crock.

Anyway the guy with little hands is doing a fine job keeping us in the headlines if not in the leadership Oscars.
