you escort them out or call the cops you don't tell people to gang up on them and beat them up. there is a huge difference there. both acts are illegal telling your followers to break the law is not what a president should do.
Now I don't know any tomatoes that deserve the fate of hitting trump I mean you really have to hate tomatoes.

cruz is crazy hard to not find stuff on him like his legal mailings? but at least he is smart enough not to tell people to beat someone up. trump keeps proving he was and still is the class bully .

Lol Trump lost!!! Too hilarious. Can't wait for the inevitable tantrum to follow. As for the Dems, still too close to call. Separated by 1 percentage point with 94% of votes reported. Good times.

Oh and look who just flip flopped on universal healthcare!

What's really funny is that half the Democrats in Iowa can't decide which they like better: a corrupt old crook or an old commie-loving bum. Woo hoo! Great time to be alive and not a Democrat.

Um...no. I'm fine with whoever we get on the Republican side. Young vital men, brimming with love for America.

But given what choices you have, I can understand why your teeth are set on edge.

    They're "brimming" with something alright...

On edge? Please. My party is winning no matter who our nominees is. And especially if yours is Ted Cruz. What a treat this has been. Now, let the destruction of the GOP continue. See you in New Hampshire bitches!

He lost? He finished a close second and walked away with 7 delegates.

Last I checked second place is a loss. Unless you're one of those "everyone is a winner and everyone gets a trophy" types.

John Stuart Mill articulated the difference between free speech and incitement, and, it was reiterated in the well-known Brandenburg decision by the SCOTUS (1964).

    http://freespeechdebate.com/en/case/the-brandenburg-test-for-incitement-to-violence/

I guess this time it was a preemptive strike against protestors-- I don't know if any materialized later or not. At the Birmingham rally, a protester did actually get injured.

Just so you know, there is more than one primary, and more than 9 delegates required to win a nomination. No one has "won or "lost" yet.

Do you decide the NBA championship after looking at the score for the 1st quarter of the 1st regular season game, too?

Thanks, I'm very well aware of how elections work in this country. But on this night we're talking about this particular primary, the first one, and a very important one.

(retracted the second part, he may actually have a chance in NH)

Like I said, the results from a single primary represent one set of delegates in one state in a country of 50 states plus it's territories.

This is akin to counting the score after 2 minutes of play in the first quarter of the first nba game of the regular season and declaring a "winner."

The only league I know of that counted "winners" after the first quarter was the CBA, the NBA's minor leagues, and the CBA is now defunct.

Perhaps you count winners of a marathon by checking who's in front after the first 20 feet?

It seems to me that trump is being positioned as the "politically incorrect" hero of the poor white masses, and that Cruz and Rubio are being positioned as the more moderate republicans. Trump will fall by the wayside, and either Cruz or Rubio will win the nomination.

Ultimately Cruz or Rubio will win the white house as well, since it's the republican's turn to be in office.

Cruz or Rubio will be leveraged to bring in even more illegals, destroy the job market, drive down wages, increase inequality, and further destabilize the political scene.

This is in addition to BLM.

Do you have the case of "calling others to commit crime is a crime" in the US?

It is neither self-defense or an action to prevent someone (the tomato thrower) from doing his attacks. If you would want to save another person from being attacked, you are not allowed to beat the crap out of him, but take him down and/or disarm him. Is this different in the US?

I can only imagine Berlusconi or some east-european facist say something like that in public without being killed by the media or condemned by the public.
