I sincerely lost count of the number of lies within the first 5-6 minutes. But it's all good because he was in his safe space where the interviewer wouldn't dream of challenging him.

Americans can see through the BS on both sides and did so in 2016 too. Trump is POTUS and the world hasn't imploded and is actually far far from the BS touted would happen. IMO 2018 voters will do the same regardless of who on either side tries to spin things.

Trump is an unmitigated tragedy, which with the accomplice GOP has severely damaged this country and everything it pretends to stand for. Anyone who denies this is either out of touch, gullible, or in on the scam.

The Leslie Stahl interview was much better, not a propaganda exercise by a benefactor.

I disagree. Supreme Leader has inspired the GOP to sink more rapidly than their previous projectery. Of course this is a testament to their enablers, their moral base who like portraying themselves as Christians or anarcists, depending on the circumstances.

Their moral trajectory into the toilet has nothing to do with their performance at the polls. Did the citizens who elected them in the first place leave the country? No, they are still here supporting Mr Wreckless.

Which is why I've been stating for a very long time that voters need to stop searching for the "savior", the one man who can do XYZ. Our system of government isn't set up for one man to come in and turn the country on it's head. Bernie Sanders could have won and we wouldn't be a socialist country Jan 21st, nor 2yrs later. We have a legislative body that was purposely made the strongest branch of our government. Voting for a person who promises big sweeping changes is a fools errand.

All Trump has made us is more of a laughing stock.

The only thing missing from this interview was his clown nose and Benny Hill music.
