Trying to use ADC to DVI connector for G5

Hi,
I am trying to hook uo 2 Sharp flatpanel monitors to my G5...the DVI connection works great...but I am using a Belkin ADC to DVI connector and nada. Monitor says'no signal'
Help! Anyone using the Dr Bott connector?
