Why did you cancel your ATT order?
Because I had an Apple order that said 'Delivers on the 24th' and I was afraid that having the AT&T order (which was placed after the cut-off time) would screw up the Apple order.
Well that sucks, have you called ATT yet and told them about this. I'm sure they can clear it up after a phone call, then again this is ATT were talking about here so maybe not.
Why 2 orders?
I had 4 iPhone orders (on 4 different lines) ordered through Apple and I just got two cancelled, wtf?

I placed one with AT&T when I couldn't get through on Apple's site. I never got a confirmation email so I tried Apple's site again, and was able to place an order for the 24th. I then canceled the AT&T order on Thursday when I saw I had been charged for both.
I don't see that written anywhere, if thats their policy they should state it... it just says 1 per new customer and 1 per line... none of my lines are new. It also removed my subsidized upgrades and early upgrade on both of the lines... so I have no iPhones and no upgrades, grr.
This sounds like who new level or server **** up. Like a server cluster **** backlash.
Limit 2 per person for in stores.
Are you talking about your upgrade eligibility? I did the same thing, I canceled my order with AT&T since I had 2 reservations.
The AT&T rep said the upgrade eligibility comes back after 72 hours. It hasn't been quite that for me yet, I still have to wait until about midnight here, so mine's not back yet.
So mine should be back by sunday afternoon or so. Still not sure what happened to my Apple order.

Yeah me either, I'm on hold to find out... I never even had two phones ordered per line or anything.
OP, did your Apple.com status ever change to "Prepared for Shipment?"
Is Apple answering phone calls about iPhone orders yet? I'd call them and/or ATT.
No. It's been 'not yet shipped' for a few days now. I don't remember what it was before that.
Better 2 than none...ahahahaaha.
The guy at Apple told me that I failed to agree to AT&T's terms and conditions.
First he told me that I should have received an email where I clicked on a link to agree. And then he told me that there was some little check box on the order page that I missed.
wtf? two of my phones were prepared to ship and i never got any emails besides the css
Where at the "terms and conditions" supposed to be at?
Did apple ever pre authorize you any money? If they did then I would guess something else went wrong.
Lady on the phone says Apple was supposed to e-mail me a link to accept the terms and conditions too? Sounds like bs, I mean two of my orders went through and all I ever got was the ATT CSS e-mail, nothing else.
