For UK - anyone found a case or third party case for the new 12” iPad?

I have bought the new keyboard folio, and really dislike it. I prefer using a proper external Bluetooth keyboard. So I was thinking of getting a stand and cover, a Smart Cover seemed to be the most sensible option. The Apple version is £99! Which seems a bit ridiculous.

I found only one on amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/JETech-12-9-Inch-Release-Liquid-Display-Black/dp/B07HP4YT8F/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1541601762&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=iPad+Pro+12.9&psc=1 , but this seems to cover the pencil changing!

Anyone have any luck with third party solutions?

I have ordered the same keyboard. I can’t get on with the keyboard folio, even though the construction feels really good and it provides a stable platform to type and use in the lap. Hoping that this will do, otherwise I will end up spending £100 on the Smart Cover folio.

Tempted to order this for delivery tomorrow. Not convinced by the magnetic arrangement but might order and return if not suitable

Someone else on the forum ordered the exact same case and already has it. He seems rather pleased with it, especially for the price.

Ztotop folio arrived. Very impressed with it. Magnets hold it firmly in place and wake/sleep mechanism works flawlessly
That's great to hear, I have one arriving tonight.

Whilst I like typing on the keyboard folio I dislike having to open the iPad like a hardback book and don't like having to use it completely flat or propped up and quite an angle. Plus £200 is quite hard to swallow.

Any pictures?

I would like to know if the back piece is held in place by magnets, exactly like Apple's smart folio (non-keyboard one).

Received mine tonight and I have to say it is.... really very good (despite the price increase). Fit is decent, quality seems good and sleep/wake works as it should. Result!

Yes the back is firmly held in place with magnets.

If anyone is looking for the Ztotop case for the 12.9” (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07K3W7632/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_LLV4BbPEFMKC7) I have one that has been put on the iPad and literally left in the house for a day so it’s as new. I’ve now returned the iPad (and gone with the 11” version) so am looking to find a new home for it. £24 delivered in the UK (it’s literally as new and sleep wake works perfectly)...
