[UK] Do you think O2 will allow unlocking a PAYG iPhone4 for £15 like the 3GS ?

    no reason why they shouldnt, but we'll find out on the 24th for sure, obviously you would loose your free data if you unlocked before the 12 months is up

    We should be able to find out by the 15th, as that is when Apple are taking pre-orders.

    Doesn't really matter now all (well, the main four) networks have it. If you travel a lot, and need it for that, get an unlocked one abroad somewhere.

    Because I'd like to have an "officially" unlocked iPhone.
    I don't want to hack or crack anything I own.
