So I’ve often wanted something a little bit more upmarket for my Ultra 2 so I’m going to order the Milanese Ultra strap. Thing is, medium strap size is up to 185mm, large strap size is from 180mm. My wrist with the tape flush to my skin is about 178mm. Allowing for not having it too tight, which size would you all go for?

Thank you in advance!

PS: I have my weight under control so don’t expect my wrist to do anything but get slightly smaller in the next 12 months

I think if your wrist is 178mm then you can only get the medium?

Apple sizes on their website for the Ultra Titanium Milanese Loop are:

Small = 130-160mm
Medium = 155-185mm
Large = 180-210mm

If I had your wrist size I would try the medium, just in case the large looped around so much that it reached around to the watch case?

Others may come along who have more experience with this though.

My wrist is 185mm. I went with Medium as my wrist is not very big. I felt like Large may wrap around too much. I am sure Apple has some wiggle room in their measurements, otherwise they would have tons of returns. It is in their best interest to advertise those dimensions, but have some safety factor above that.

Thank you both, medium it is, I was definitely leaning that way but good to get other’s opinions. Much appreciated! 🙏

I don’t need one so bad to order it now. I live close to an Apple Store and plan on trying them on next week to find the perfect size. Betting it will be medium with 180mm wrist, but I also want to compare the S10 Milanese loop and the Ultra Milanese loop on my titanium S7 in addition to my Ultra 2 and see if it is worth getting both.

The S7 titanium looks closer to the Ultra than the polished S10 titanium based on pictures.
