I jumped onto the iOS 13 beta early by using an app called 3U Tools. I installed the developer beta, and each release I have to use the 3U Tools app to manually install the update.

How do I go about removing the developer beta and just enrolling into the public betas?

    Cheers!

Why would you do that? I think that they are the same. Dev beta 6 is the same as public beta 5, and so on

Beyond the first beta, you likely did not need to use 3U tools. On your current build, go to beta.apple.com and enroll in the iOS public beta. It'll download a profile to your phone, and then you can update to the newer builds via OTA. The developer builds are the same as the public builds, so you'll be fine. You don't have to remove anything.

no, annoyingly OTA updates don’t show up! So I’ve had to use the 3UTools app
