Hi,

I have recently got a new macbook (2.4ghz white one with leopard all updates applied - my first mac!)

I've discovered that when using wireless networking I can't get to the googlemail website (http://mail.google.com) or lifehacker website (http://lifehacker.com) using either firefox or safari.

For gmail firefox stays 'loading' indefinitely, the status bar says 'waiting for mail.google.com' and then connected to google (I can't remember the exact wording for the connected message in the status bar). It never gets any further and just sits there forever with a blank white page.

The lifehacker site is similar. It also stays 'loading' forever with a blank page and the status bar saying 'waiting for tags.gawker.com'.

I haven't noticed any problems with any other websites on wireless and I can also get to both those websites immediately if I plug the ethernet cable in. I've also happily used ssh and second life via wireless. The only thing not working seems to be those specific websites... and not being able to check email wirelessly is a serious pain!

Anyone got any ideas?

PS: my router is a Belkin 'ADSL2+ Modem with Wireless G Plus MIMO Router'

PPS: Apart from that, the macbook is great so far!
