Unable to add to somebody else's PhotoStream

Did anybody else notice, that it's not possible any more in iOS9 and El Capitan, to add a photo to somebody else's shared photo stream?
Did they take this feature away, or is it just a bug?

EDIT: I just checked on iOS8.3 and it's gone too! What's going on there?

did you check with the creator of the photo stream to make sure they have "subscribers can post" turned on?

That's what it ended up being, even though it was turned on, on all the PhotoStreams in the past.
.
But I feel like there is more going on here. It all was fine, before switching to iOS 8.4.
And as people within out group updated to iOS 8.4 at different times, the weren't able to post to others PhotoStreams any more.

Either way, it's working again now.
