UNABLE TO BACKUP IPHONE 5S TO ICLOUD SINCE iOS9.0 PUBLIC RELEASE

    I was using the beta program for a while and even has 9.1 briefly.

    Since I upgraded to the public launch of iOS9.0 my iPhone 5S 32GB has been unable to back up to iCloud.

    My iPad Mini 2 has been perfect, but my iPhone keeps saying unable to back up or this phone ha never been backed up. I have 50gb of storage with iCloud, but my iPhone is obviously my most important device to back up.

    Any ideas? I have tried restoring, DFU mode, reset, restart, refresh and literally tons of forums.

    Do I really have to go visit a "genius"?

    **Side Note: I am also unable to save and actually have Pages/Numbers files accessible on my iOS devices when saving from my MacBook > Finder to iCloud drive.
