Everytime i go to check software update in setting it shows unable to check software update.is anybody facing this problem

Yes i have tried on WiFi but again it shows unable to check software update :mad:
How long has it been like that? What iOS version are you running? (I'm assuming you tried the typical troubleshooting steps like restarting the device?)

Have you looked in Storage and iCloud usage to see if there is already an iOS version there? Maybe 9.2.1 or 9.3. If you see one delete it as neither of those are any longer valid. Also maybe try reset network settings as the next option.
