Unable To Organize Files To Itunes

I downloaded a language program via uTorrent (only mp3s) in a mac file folder "which is organized" on my mac desktop with no problem. When I drag it to the ITunes platform, it downloads but "not in order." The program is set in 3 levels with numerical lessons to each, but when it goes to ITunes it all scrabbles out of sequence and downloaded that way on my iPod. What can I do to resolve this problem? I would really appreciate your help! Thank you

Set the Album to Language Level 1, 2 and 3, and give them an Artist.

One last question

I'm at work and will try your instructions when I get home, but one last thing, how can I delete all the mixed up files from my Ipod to start afresh with your recommendations? Thanks!!!

Once you change them in iTunes, they will change on the iPod, no deleting needed.
