iPhone 11 Unable to Re-Add My eSIM to my iPhone 11

So I got my new iPhone 11, added my eSIM to my phone, which worked and functioned correctly, however I had to restore the device in order to transfer the data from my old iPhone.

Now the eSIM is missing, and I can’t re-add it.

I get an error saying that the cellular plan can not be added, and that the QR code doesn’t work anymore.

I’m with Bell btw, and they were no help on chat. I went through 6 people who were clueless about eSIM. I’m unable to take my phone to Bell, can someone help me with this?

Try adding it manually instead, without the QR code.


I did the same on T-Mobile here in the states and that worked for me.

It didn’t work for me unfortunately
