Unable to sign in to App Store

Hi, I can login to my Apple account to access the online store but whenever I use the same info in the "Sign in to accept all available apps" window, pressing Accept does not work. It keeps asking me the same info again. What is wrong here? I was able to update from 10.15.1 to 10.15.2 yesterday when I got the new MBP 16". Thanks.

The strange thing is that I seem to be able to install some apps from the App Store but my Apple ID and password do not work whenever I try to update GarageBand, Keynote, Pages, Numbers and iMovie.
