Undo iSync to the phone

I started with nothing on my address book and everything on my phone. I wanted to sync the numbers to my mac so I quickly started iSync without a doubt in my mind.

So I sync'd and now everything is lost on my phone and nothing is on my mac either.

Can I reverse or undo it? This really sucks.

Are they saved on your SIM card? You won't have a backup on your mac.

They were saved on my phone's memory.
