would there be any reason to keep the unlimited data now that it throttles you after 5gb?

im trying to see if its worth getting rid of my ipad monthly plan and getting the 5gb tethering on the IP5. i would save $15 a month.

i have a ipad 3 LTE now and was thinking to save money and get a wifi ipad 4 and tether.. i dont really go over 5 gb month combined.

i guess im just really nervous of getting rid of the unlimited. lol

Tethering off your iPhone would kill the battery on it as well.
