Unlock iPhone 5 running IOS 7 Beta?

I've decided I am going to get the 5S and want to unlock my 5 for use when traveling overseas. Is there any reason an unlock would not work if I am running IOS 7 Beta? Or would I be better off waiting for the full version?

Hi, iOS and factory unlock are different things. It works with any iOS, so thats not a problem. Which carrier is the phone locked to?
