Unlocked T-Mobile iPhone 6+ or Wait For Official Apple Unlocked?

ATT customer here. Lots of international travels next year. Have a TMo unlocked iPhone 6+ on order.

Would it be beneficial to just wait for official unlocked units from Apple (supposedly dropping in late November), or would the TMo unlocked one suffice.
