Yesterday I downloaded the 10.13.1 update. It said it needed to be connected to the power adaptor in order to install the update.

My wife was laying in bed so I put the MacBook next to her when it started to install and I told het to be careful not to disconnect the magsafe.

I never looked back until today. I checked if it was running on 10.13.1 now, but it still says 10.13....?!

I checked the App Store if there was any sign of 10.13.1, but there isn't. Not to download, not to install.... not saying it did install last night.

So what's up with this?

How do I fix this?

Edit: Found the manual update

You could try downloading it from here and installing.

Very STRANGE! The downloaded file is only 987kb, even though the article says it's 1.5MB. Then once downloaded when you try to run it, Gatekeeper says it's from an unidentified developer. When I override that I get the following when trying to install on a 10.13 SSD with the supplemental update?

Aww - Comes the dawn - THE LINK YOU POSTED IS FOR 10.3.1 NOT 10.13.1!!!!!!! It's 14 years old!
