I tried, but iTunes won't accept the custom firmware. Error 2005.

Yes, that's why.

You're better off to sell your phone and buy a 4/4S/5 from ebay with the latest iOS 6 (4/4S - 6.1.3. 5 - 6.1.4) software if you are set on having the latest.
Apple will ONLY sign updates with the latest firmware available for the device. Any effort to try and work around that is a waste of time. It won't work.

Why would you want to update to 6.1.3? There's virtually no difference...
