iPod touch Upgrading a jailbroken 3rd gen iPod touch to iOS4

Just want to make sure I get the process straight. As previously stated, I'm using a 3rd gen iPod touch (32gb), jailbroken using the spirit method. After the jailbreak, I hit "Make my life easier, thanks!" button, then upgrade to iOS4, then jailbreak again using same method?

Update: google is my friend. now.. is there any way to delete this thread?
