I currently have Tiger with iLife '08 which came with my MBP. I am planning on upgrading to Leopard with most likely an erase and install. How would I bring iLife over to Leopard if I did this. Is there a CD that my mac came with that has iLife on it which I need to install after installing Leopard?

iLife would be on the second grey restore disc that came with your MBP. do an erase and install of Leopard and when thats done insert the first restore disc and click "Optional Install" and only choose iLife. then it will ask to insert you second restore disc and it will install iLife '08.

or if iLife is already on your system do the Archive & install, this is the best way to go, tiger will be removed to a folder marked 'Previous system" and install the new OS, much smoother transition, all other applications should remain intact including iLife ;)

I've heard erase and install is preferred over archive and install? Do you know the pros and cons of both?
