I just did an express replacement and when I gave him my old iPhone, he literally chucked my iPhone in the bag and sealed it. No protection what so ever. How the hell do the iPhones make it back in one piece?

It's the Jesus Phone, it's bound to withstand some abuse.

I have to say after the sensationalist headline I was expecting pics of said maltreated iPhone.
    You know, chained to a post… whipped… stomped on…

Just tossed into a bag? *pffft*

    I don't understand?

Weren't you supposed to put your return phone in the white box and then in the cardboard box with the foam in it?

I had no say in it. I had to give my old phone to the UPS guy and he gave me the new one.

Doubtful... Apple sends boxes, not bags to pick up iPhones.

Well he didn't. But it doesn't matter. Just got an email from Apple saying they had received the item in acceptable condition and are releasing the funds.
