UPS Misload in Anchorage

    I went to put in a request to have my package held at the UPS customer center through their live chat. I was excited about the idea that I could pick it up in the morning rather than waiting all day. Then I get this devastating news:

    My package still shows that it's coming tomorrow on the tracking page:

    But when you click on live chat, it shows an exception. Now they're saying they can't guarantee delivery for tomorrow:

    Any other of my my fellow impatient iPhone 5S buyers have this issue?

    I don't know about "devastating", but hopefully you get it resolved. I've had packages go through the exception process before and they are usually sorted out quickly.

    Of course I don't have any way to know this, but it looks like it will be delivered as planned. I wouldn't put too much faith in the online chat. Good luck!

    Mine had an "Exception" status on the My UPS homepage for awhile, but it just recently returned to In Transit. Hope yours does the same too!
