iPod :URGENT: Nano help!

Uh... guys somethings wrong with my nano, I turned it off and accidentally turned it back on but the screen is just white! my computer wont recognize it, plus I cant reset it either HELP!!!!

when did you turn it off? when connected to your mac?

I GOT IT!!!! I wasn't reseting it right, HO THAT WAS SCARY!!!

are you sure you know the right way to reset: it's toggle the hold switch to times ( lock, unlock, lock, unlock) then press menu+middle button for like 5-8 sec, till the screen turns white an then it turns back on.
