While obviously good news, it's a bit of a mixed message after this.
Lets see ,something Bush is doing in his last week in office? I wouldnt trust him and his team with a bag of marbles let alone our oceans. Look closer there must be spin and lies under all of this. Its his M.O.
He's probably trying to make sure his legacy isn't 100% ****. Now it'll just be about 99% ****.
I hope they blow those so-called Japanese whaling "research" vessels out of the water.
Finally some good news about our environment. And behold it's from Bush. Definitely trying to save face.

Maybe it's time to ban off-shore energon drilling.
