Hi,,
I've got an unusual situation and I'm hoping someone can let me know if what I want to do is possible. Back in the day of Panther, you could (in Internet sharing, in Sys Prefs) share using Airport OVER Airport. In Snow leopard I don't seem to be able to do that. What I want to do is connect to a wireless router with the MacBook Pro, then allow others (my iMac, iPhone etc.) to connect to the MacBook Pro with a different password.
I only seem to be able to select Airport as the source in Internet Sharing though. Does someone know how to achieve this?
Looking around on forums for the older systems, it seems that the adhoc network creation is how it was done, but I've tried creating one and this only creates one without internet (because Airport was doing that!)
Hope someone can explain how I can fix this.
Thanks!
Scott
