i am using tmobile, just regular call (1000mins),no 3g, no other internet.
when i use siri without wifi, does siri use any of other internet which cost money?
what is cellular data? cost money?

Not exactly sure what you just said, but I think it had something to do with siri and data. So, siri does use cellular(mobile) data, if that's what you're asking.

Yes, siri needs data to contact Apples servers.
Without wifi you will use carrier data and if you dont have a data plan you will be billed per kb.
