    Affordable Imports 17M Goshen NY

I have to say, I shopped around quite a bit for a car and wasn't happy with the prices. A lot of the dealerships I went to weren't willing to give me a good trade in on my car nor work with me in combination with trade-in and the cash. I wanted to find a place that would take my car and the couple thousand that I had so that I wouldn't be left with a remainder to have to finance. I got a GREAT deal on my 07 Saturn ION and would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a dependable car in good condition at a good price. Roger gave me the maximum trade-in value for my car, and it needed a lot of work so I was quite surprised that he did that for me. I'm very happy with my purchase and will continue to do business with him in the future!

worst used car dealer in NY

I'm not sure what fayntbreez is talking about but i'm sure he is somehow related to the dealer because my experience with affordable imports was the complete opposite. I started looking for a car in January and they had posted some of their cars on craigslist at reasonable prices. i went to check it out and they were quick to assist. they let me test drive it but refused to let me take it or be accompanied by them to my private mechanic for an inspection. all they allow is a test drive or bring ur mechanic to them to do a visual inspection but that doesnt really confirm anything. we started negotiating the price and settled on a reasonable price but nothing that was an amazing deal. there were things wrong with the car which they said and wrote on the bill of sale that they would fix. 3 weeks after the sale, they just gave me BS that the parts were not available and didnt come or were the wrong parts. they had all the excuses. they did offer a 3 month warranty and when the airpump in the car wasnt working, they said they would fix it and then just disappeared. after 3 months, I havent heard from them. their 3 month warranty is not even worth the paper its written on. THERE IS NO AFTER SALE SERVICE. STAY AWAY. if you decide to buy a car there, you will regret it like me. go anywhere else but there. they will tell u anything to sell it and then disappear. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN

i had a horrible experience with affordable imports!

Not only did they take their sweet time getting the paperwork in order and financing drawn up ,5 days ~ they ignored several phone calls, they were never in the office during the hours they state they're open, my licence got a suspension order because when I sold my previous car and gave them the plates to transfer over they took the money and 22 days later never followed through apparently I wasn't aware until I received notice from ny state dmv . I drove down to pick up the car because it was supposed to be ready and noone was even there ,so I had to call out of my job the next day to pick it up, no appologies from these guys ,no calls guess what no return sales either or word of mouth ,want toknow how they run their bussiness look at theirwebsite see the date february 12th that's the last time they updated the cars they have for sale ,its now april 16th not one of the cars ontheir site remains !!! Stay away !!

There is a site that tells how much dealers paid for their used cars, Car Tell - it's perfect for seeing who is trying to ake advantage or rip you off.
