using voipcheap with a mac

Hey all
just wondering if someone can give me a hand? Just got myself a new mac and am having a compatibility issue with voipcheap. Tried installing the softphone x-lite that they recommend but it doesnt work. Has anyone used this before and had any success? Any other suggestions?
