Go to your post office and ask for a Change of Address packet.

If your post office doesn't have them there are always plenty on eBay for a few bucks.

Note if you get one that says both online and in-store, I believe you can use it twice. (barcode for in-store, alphanumeric code for online order or in-store pickup.)

You can use it for a MBP. I just bought one today with the mover's coupon.

Some people have reported trouble trying to use both this and the movers coupon, but the registers will accept them. I used both without issue. This only works in-store, though; you cannot stack coupons online.
