Verizon LTE Question

    Okay, so not exactly iPhone related, but...

    Is Verizon LTE still considered a CDMA network? In other words, will the iPhone 5 be able to talk and data at the same time?

    yes you will be able to do talk and data with LTE.

    It is based on GSM/EDGE and UMTS/HSPA so it should be able to. Also some Verizon 3G phones can do talk and data at the same time, just not the iPhone.

    Good to hear. I'm surprised they didn't market that as a selling point....although I guess that's Verizon's job.

    Verizon has marketed that you can do voice and data on their 4G phones for over a year now

    My bad. Guess that's what I get for dvring everything and fast forwarding commercials.
